Well-known specialist in the field of power engineering. He performed the generalized theoretical and numerical practical developments and calculations (including macroeconomical indexes) which are used for predicting the development of power engineering: volumes of the branch material production and gross domestic product of the country; levels of consumption of fuel and power resources and rational volumes of their supply per import; perspective fuel and power balances of the country.
He is the author of 146 scientific publications, among which 7 monographs, 9 Ph.D. were trained under his guidance, 2 Doctors are among his disciples. He is a State prize laureate of the Ukraine in the field of science and engineering.
