Whitney Power Systems and Advanced Combustion Technology
Group leading the combustor aero-design of the next
generation lean direct injection aero-engines and
aero-derivatives for the FT8 class engines.
Research
interests are advanced gas turbine combustion technology in
power generation and propulsion applications, multiphase
flows, statistical design of experiments, advanced laser
diagnostics, turbulent sprays, and liquid rocket combustion instability.
